There is something special in products that have been crafted, tested, strained and refined. The kind of products that earn their place in your home, and stay there for years. 

Ute Home was established to make useful, everyday homeware that makes life a little more harmonious.

We don't follow trends. We follow function. We believe good products are born from daily-use testing for long periods. Seeing the product in unexpected contexts and use-cases over time helps us to understand whether they are truly useful. That is how we developed the Yōso Cup & we are currently living with other prototypes to extend our product range in the future. 

Our main goal is to make good products. If our venture is commercially successful, our secondary aim is to donate surplus profits to environmental charities. As the business grows, we aim to formalise this commitment and be transparent about how we do it. 

Ute Home was founded in 2026 by Duncan Crosse, building on his experience running DNC Designs Ltd, a small physical product design consultancy. The business is run by Duncan and his partner, Esther, with a shared vision to improve their own and others homelives through simple, functional design.
